Aerolyte blast cabinet systems are designed especially for paint
stripping with plastic media. With this system the need for
laborious sanding operations or the use of chemicals is a
thing of the past. The velocity and angular shape of the Plastic
Media results in breakdown and removal of the paint to effect
a cleaned surface. Aerolyte cabinet systems allow for complete
surface preparation of subcomponent parts. Each cabinet incorporates
a media reclaim and dust-collection system designed specifically
for use with plastic media. Aerolyte cabinets are available
in the conventional stand-up models, or in the Ergonomic model
for sit-down operation.
The portable Soft King turns lightweight, non-aggressive
blast media (such as baking soda, stone powder, and corn cob)
into a powerful, efficient cleaning force. Contractors use
the Soft King to strip paint from cars and trucks, clean grease
and dirt from industrial valves, and remove grime from stainless
steel tanks and food processing equipment. Fill the versatile
Soft King with dry media, and blast dry, or turn on its built
in injector pump to suppress dust with water.
The Aerolyte Bicarbonator Pressure Blast Cabinet is designed
specifically for use with sodium bicarbonate media for degreasing,
cleaning, and paint stripping. Soda media is non-toxic, non-hazardous,
and soft, making it ideal for delicate substrates; and it
is water-soluble simplifying the process of residual media
removal and disposal. Interior dimensions are 42w x
23d x 30h. Common Applications are: cylinder heads,
engine parts, transmission valve bodies, oil pumps, gearbox
bodies and parts, carburetor bodies and parts, fiberglass
components, automotive body parts, aircraft parts, delicate
substrates.
The Aerolyte Pool Pal is a field-portable, light- to medium-duty
blast machine ideal for the pool contractor for cleaning pool
tile and other surfaces. It is available in a one-cubic-foot
model, 1042PP. It comes with a 1/8-inch orifice blast nozzle,
which consumes as little as 17 cfm (cubic feet per minute)
of compressed air. This unit is designed for all types of
lightweight, fine-mesh media, making the Pool Pal suitable
for other blast jobs where lightweight, fine-mesh media or
abrasives are used.
